Author - Ruslan Telipsky: Shevchenko expert, who personally visited and photographed over 1,400 monuments to the Kobzar throughout Ukraine and in more than 30 countries on 5 continents of the planet.
Held over 50 of his photo exhibitions and lectures abroad on the topic of the Kobzar's monumental heritage. Founder of the patriotic pilgrimage walk called "Taras's Signpost": walked twice on foot from Western Ukraine (from Lutsk - 1,000 km) and the East (from Sloviansk - 800 km) to Chernecha Gora in Kanev.
Member of the organizing committees for the installation of monuments to Taras Shevchenko in Ottawa (Canada), Riga (Latvia) and Lisbon (Portugal). Laureate of the Shevchenko Prize from the Ukrainian World Congress (UWC)
