The Bird in the Attic
On March 15, the amateur theater Wandering Stars continued its 2025-2026 theatrical season with a one-act play by Oleh Mykhailov, "The Bird in the Attic."

The hall rapidly filled with spectators, as this work is already actively presented on theatrical stages across Ukraine and has been long-awaited in our community.
The evening's guests witnessed the unparalleled acting of Diana Yavorska (@Diana Yavorska). She managed to completely immerse the audience in the world of her character's experiences — a girl who, like tens of thousands of Ukrainian children, was forcibly taken from her homeland to Russia.
The scale of this tragedy and the suffering of children cannot leave us indifferent. We must speak about this at all levels and demand the return of every Ukrainian child home.
The play and the character of the main heroine became a powerful testament to the indomitable Ukrainian spirit, faith, and inner strength even in the darkest circumstances. In the most tragic pages of life, Ukrainians remain committed to dignity, identity, and their native language.
We express our sincere gratitude to all the spectators — your presence is a testament to the support of our common struggle.
Special thanks for the masterful performance by Diana Yavorska and director Yelena Bilyak (Yelena Bilyak), as well as the entire creative team of the "Wandering Stars" theater, thanks to whom the audience saw a touching performance with wonderful decorations, musical and lighting accompaniment:
