Resilience lives in community
Resilience lives in community. It's not a novel idea, and we didn't arrive at it alone. There are many ways to support people in Ukraine. This is ours.
See Forward Ukraine (see-forward.org) works with motivated Ukrainian women ages 18 to 24 who remain in Ukraine. Each cohort includes 30 to 35 participants – women who were already volunteering and building community before they joined us.

Essentially, See Forward Ukraine connects motivation to the skills, networks, and opportunities that help it scale.
Our four-month program (August–December) combines several layers of support.
Participants take part in expert workshops on entrepreneurship, AI, and career choice. They receive free training in data science and coding through partnerships with leading Ukrainian universities, including co-branded certificates and curriculum integration. They also attend a fully funded 12-day in-person camp in the Carpathian Mountains, built around both intensive learning and real-life community-building.
During the camp, participants form working groups and begin developing social-impact projects specific to Ukrainian realities. Each project benefits 50 to 200 people through practical community work.

At the end of the year, each group presents its initial results and early outcomes to the program’s mentors and volunteers. Outstanding project teams are invited to attend DOU, the largest tech conference in Ukraine.

The program does not end with training sessions and presentations. It continues, as participants remain connected to mentors and build lasting relationships with one another.
At the center of our work is one belief: the women who stay in Ukraine and the diaspora abroad are two parts of one Ukrainian story.
