
Order of St. Panteleimon Award Ceremony Honors Humanitarian Excellence and Global Compassion
New York, NY — On November 8, 2025,
The prestigious Order of St. Panteleimon Award Ceremony was held at the Ukrainian Institute of America in New York, New York, celebrating outstanding contributions to humanitarian and medical efforts.

Hosted by the Foreign Council of the Order of St. Panteleimon (USA), the event honored a range of distinguished individuals and organizations for their exceptional compassion.
The ceremony was graced by the presence of His Excellency Andriy Melnyk, Ukrainian Ambassador to the United Nations, and included a special letter from Olga Stefanishyna, the Ukrainian Ambassador to the United States.

The ceremony featured the presentation of the Order of St. Panteleimon to individuals such as Dr. Bill Chester and to Rotary International, represented by CEO John Hewko, for their humanitarian leadership.
A heartfelt prayer was offered by Pastor Leo Regheta, and the evening included a poignant tribute to Ukrainian war veterans and a musical performance dedicated to the heroes of Ukraine.
This year’s honorees exemplify the values of healing and mercy that define the Order of St. Panteleimon.
