On Sunday morning, July 24, 2022, Andriy Fil crossed the finish line of the San Francisco Full Marathon (26.2 miles / 42.195 km) with the Ukrainian flag, achieving an excellent result of 2:59:36, averaging 6 minutes 52 seconds per mile.

He dedicated his participation to the brave soldiers who are currently defending Ukraine's independence from the Moscow-led invasion and supported the initiatives of the non-profit organization Hromada. The goal of the race was to once again draw the attention of the US public to the bloody war and remind them of the need to continue military and humanitarian aid to Ukraine.

Thanks to the efforts of Hromada volunteers, it was possible to organize a fundraiser with products from Lyna.Couture, who quickly and efficiently fulfilled the order. Special thanks go to them for the exclusive design of the marathon runner's T-shirt. Caps, T-shirts, and bags with Ukrainian symbols decorated the event and were in high demand among visitors.

The funds raised during the event will be directed to Hromada's initiatives in Ukraine. Volunteers thank everyone for their participation and work.

Let's keep up the good work—the struggle continues, and we will win!

Glory to Ukraine! Glory to the heroes!
